About ScanList

Scan QR codes and barcodes on site, then take the results straight to Excel.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I record a code that the camera cannot scan?
Yes. Manually entered values are saved in the same history as camera scans.
Is my scan data sent anywhere automatically?
No. Data is stored on your device. It is shared with a destination only when you choose to export, email, or copy it.
Which export formats are available?
Excel (XLSX), CSV, and JSON are supported. XLSX is recommended for Excel because it is better suited to preserving values such as leading zeros.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Resoto Apps ("we") handles information in the ScanList app (the "App").

1. Information Used by the App

The App uses camera access to scan codes. Code values that you scan or enter, together with job names, quantities, notes, custom fields, and settings, are stored on your device.

2. How Information Is Used

Stored information is used to display, search, and edit history and to create or share files when you request those actions.

3. Sharing with Third Parties

The App does not automatically send stored data to the developer's servers. Data is provided to a selected destination or external service only when you export to Excel, CSV, or JSON, send email, or copy it.

4. Data Management

Scan history and settings are stored on your device. You can delete history within the App. Removing the App also removes its locally stored data from the device.

5. Contact
